The time for trade shows is officially upon us.  Understandably so, more trade shows and expos take place during the colder fall and winter months than during the summer.  For us here at Speedpro that means a little bit of a transition from outdoor applications like window graphics and site signs, to indoor displays.  We produce a variety of different kinds of tradeshow displays of all sizes, but one of the most popular choices is the retractable banner.  There are a few different reasons for the popularity of this these displays.  They are really functional, versatile, and affordable.  Depending on the hardware, we can come up with a display that fits various budgets and applications.  They are lightweight, easy to transport, professional looking, and a breeze to set up and take down.  Once set up, they don't take up much space, so they can easily be added to an existing configuration.  They can also be used in pairs or multiples to make more of an impact, or showcase different products or services.  For many companies, they also double as an office or meeting room display when they aren't being used for a show. The leaves on the trees are starting to turn here in Minnesota, and among other things, this means we are coming up on trade show season. Trade shows are still alive and well, however, companies who find the most success in our current market are ones who can take advantage of innovative solutions to cut costs while still grabbing attention.


Earlier today I was going through the magazine Retail Environments (courtesy of the Association of Retail Environments) and came upon an article regarding going green.  This article talked about the recent renovation at the Toronto Zoo and ways to make the non-profit more environmentally friendly.
